Along with your listing being available on mls.ca, I have hired an internet marketing company to ensure that my website, greathomestoronto.com will appear within the first two pages of the Yahoo and Google search engines. This will result in more buyers viewing your home's listing and a virtual tour of your home will also be advertised on realtor.com, torontohomesandcondos.com, move.com, tourtorontohomes.com and torontomls.net. This is important because over 90% of purchasers begin their search online.
I personally create a "Just Listed" flyer advertising your home and promoting the open house dates and distribute it to 3,000 of your neighbours.
I have enlisted a target marketing company to distribute newsletters to condominiums downtown including 36 Charlotte, 65 Scadding and 222 The Esplanade. This further markets your home to another 4,000 renters and condo owners.
LUNCHTIME AGENTS OPEN HOUSE
In order to promote your home to Agents from other offices in the area, I will hold a lunchtime Agents open house for a further opportunity for Agents to preview your home for their clients.
I will fax and email a copy of your home's listing to all of the other top selling Agents in your area.
WEEKEND PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE
I will personally host your weekend open house to ensure that your home is promoted in the best possible way and that all questions are answered accurately. I will also advertise your open house dates and times in the Toronto Star, on the listing and the flyer.
All Agents will be paged and emailed for feedback immediately following each showing.
